I have done 4 Dignity Therapies in the past couple of months as a volunteer here in Baltimore, Maryland. I have found it to be very rewarding and it has made a profound impact in the lives that it has touched. Thank you for your great questions that are able to bring so much insight into a persons’ life.
Hi I have done my first real dignity therapy, and I must say that I was surprised. The staff told me that he was declining, but the same day I did the recording he fell and declined quickly after that. The double effect princible did hit me. I was heartened by the fact that when I read the document back he told me that I “hit the nail on the head”. I would like some feedback and have attempted to attach the file without success I fear. Is there a better way to attach files using this link or should I use another way? I am not a real therapist, a nurse by profession, and would appreciate the feedback.
