I will try to add the documents again. I have the original transcript, a copy with tracked changes and a final copy.

There was another one inbetween the original and the tracked copy but I lost it thru unfamiliarity with the program.

All comments appreciated. Thanks to anyone who takes the time to review.

Well they are not loading again. Today they don’t even show up in the box below.

I applied for and recived a small grant to fund DT. I will be able to do 4-5 I hope befroe end of February 2013. I have just completed my first one and would like some feedback on my questions and editing.

I was pleased that patient was pleased. He made 2 chnges after the first read through- editing a section that was not complimentary to someone and also added a memory that balanced the document.

I will try to attach the documents.

Learning curve with the tecnology was moderate. First with recorder- then transcriptionist had issues ( solved by our director kindly paying for an attachmnet that will make her job easier!) Then getting used to track changes. Finally at the end the lovely paper I bought was slightly off size and was nearly impossible to get printer to accept!! But all turned out in end.

I am about to begin my first Dignity Therapy session and though I am a bit nervous I am also excited. I have received a “Improving Nursing Practice Grant” from the Professional Nursing Practice department. It will allow me to do one a month for 4-6 months. My hope is that our program will be able to fund more of them.
