While it \u00a0often guides clinical care, it is limited by having to rely on our own worldviews. The<span style=\"color: #000099;\"><em> Platinum Rule<\/em><\/span> extends beyond the <span style=\"color: #cc6600;\"><em>Golden Rule<\/em><\/span>, insisting that we \u201cdo unto patients as they would want done unto themselves\u201d, hence prioritizing person-centered care.
